It is officially summer! I know this because I have my first mild sunburn. There are lots of remedies for sunburns. For major sunburns, I would recommend going to the doctor. A friend of my had a terrible sunburn that I did not know of. I patted him on the back to say hello and a sheet of his skin slid off his back as he screamed (gross). It is very difficult for many people today to fill there their gas tank. There are times when you can only put $10 or $20 in your gas tank just to get to where you are going. Now gas prices are rising with the instability in the Middle East and Summer approaching. We all know everyone drives more with the summer sunshine. I have found a product that increased my gas mileage by 5 miles a gallon from 19 mpg to 24 mpg. That means I can squeeze on average an extra 90 miles out of my Van. I Could not believe the results. Live a Healthier Life With My Revii Routine and Diet

I have tried to live a healthy life by eating many fruits and vegetables. However, in this modern world, it was very difficult for me to eat large quantities of vegetable and fruits. I researched that fresh and frozen vegetables and fruits are the best for vitamin retention. Frozen had a slight edge as they are flash frozen immediately after harvesting. With a busy life, I ran into the problem of time to wash, cut, and cook the mass amount of food. I truly tried but became overwhelmed. However, after research I found Revii products. I have designed a diet plan that has been very successful. Keep in mind that I am human and I cheat on my plan once in a while for convenience and lack of will. However, I strive to make sure my little cheats do not become habits. I want my plan to be habit. It is probably good to cheat on a diet for mental health.

There are three things I consider poison and do everything I can to extremely limit in my diet daily.

3. Alcohol

Pre Morning Breakfast:

Morning Breakfast:

They have many options that are very healthy. I take a Revii NRXpress power liposomal after lunch, it seams to give me a boost of energy for the second part of my day and freshens my breath.

Afternoon Snack:

Evening Dinner:
My dinners are free of restrictions except for carbohydrates and processed foods. I keep carbs and process foods to a very low minimum.

Pre Bedtime:

Revii Ionic Silver Water Review - Green Innovation Products

As owner of Green Innovation Products, my family has been using Revii Ionic Silver Water for a couple of weeks. We would like to share with you what we think of the product. The family insists we do not share who was using it for what for obvious reasons. We started using it as an oral mouth rinse that we would swallow. A family member has gum inflammation and have noticed the inflammation has decreased. One of us suffers from tonsil stones, after rinsing in mouth for thirty seconds, they gargle with it for a while before swallowing. Revii Mineral Soap Review All-Natural, Non-Toxic, and Many Uses

Green Innovation Products (Revii) offers three types of mineral soap including original, regular, and moisturizing. I have tried all three. The original is great for adding to water and cleaning. We use it on counters and floors. It works great mixed in a sprayer. It is very nice not using a toxic cleaner especially with our pets. For bathing I used regular and moisturizing. The regular mineral soap would be good for people with oily skin. It dried my skin out a little. When I used the moisturizing mineral soap it worked great.
